(ANSA) - Milan, August 9 - A delegation of Expo 2015 managers left Italy Thursday for Yeosu, in South Korea, to attend the closing ceremony of the World's Fair there. The official handover of responsibilities from Expo 2012 to Expo 2015 will take place during the ceremony. The closing ceremony will be attended by United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, Vicente Gonzales Loscertales, the secretary of the Bureau International des Expositions, the Expo's governing authority, and the Italian ambassador to South Korea, Claudio Moreno. The Italian delegation is being led by Milano Expo 2015 Chief Executive Giuseppe Sala. Expo 2015 is a six-month bonanza that will, among other things, give an excellent opportunity for Italy to demonstrate its people's skills and the country's attractiveness as a destination for business and investment. The theme of the Milan Expo, which so far has 93 countries registered as participants, is "Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life".
