11 Casalesi arrests north of Naples

Naples, September 17 - Italian police on Tuesday arrested 11 suspected members of the Casalesi clan in the Neapolitan Camorra mafia for extortion in towns north of Naples. Police said they found evidence the gang - notorious for forcing anti-mafia writer Roberto Saviano into police protection - had infiltrated the fruit-and-vegetable market in Aversa, one of southern Italy's biggest.
