William and Kate eyeing Tuscan villas

Florence, August 13 - After welcoming their first child in July, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are reportedly considering to buy an estate in Tuscany for family holidays. According to Florence-daily La Nazione, William and Kate are especially interested in the Selva estate in Monteroni d'Arbia near Siena. The estate, worth an estimated 25 million euros, was reportedly first eyed by the Windsor family in 2011. Another possibility, La Nazione reports, is a property on the hills of Lucca, Villa Orsetti, owned by American journalist Alan Friedman, tipped as a possible honeymoon destination for the royal couple back in 2011.
