(ANSA) - Caserta, July 18 - Investigators in the southern Italian town of Caserta on Wednesday seized bank accounts and filed fraud charges against four people claiming benefit payments for blindness. Bernardino Oliviero, 58, receiving a state pension totalling 60,000 euros since 2003, was caught driving a car and arrested.
