(updates previous) Rome, July 29 - Premier Enrico Letta's cabinet met Monday to declare a national day of mourning following a bus crash in southern Italy in which at least 38 people died, the premier said. "We have declared a national day of mourning tomorrow when the funerals will take place," said Letta on Twitter. The premier will travel on Tuesday to the site of the crash that took place overnight Sunday when a charter bus careened into a guardrail and flew some 30 meters to the ground from a viaduct near the city of Avellino in Campania. The youngest victim was reportedly 16, the oldest 88. Another 19 people were injured.
