Heat wave subsides in Italy after blistering weekend

Rome, July 29 - A blistering heat wave gripping Italy with temperatures spiking to 41 degrees centigrade over the weekend is expected to subside slightly, weather forecasters said on Monday. Another heat wave is forecast for the weekend of August 3 and August 4 when the tropical air system blowing up from Africa is expected return.
