Milan, July 19 - Markets were mixed across Europe on Friday, paced by Milan's FTSE-Mib index, which rose 0.44% to 16,124 points. The yield spread between 10-year Italian bonds and the German benchmark, a barometer of Italy's borrowing costs in the eurozone crisis, closed at 288 points with 10-year yields at 4.4%. The Frankfurt Dax bourse was little changed at 8,331 points, while the Paris Cac 40 Index was stable at 3,925 points. Madrid's Ibex index fell 0.2 % to 7,943 points. London's Ftse-100 stock market dropped 0.1% to 6,631 points.
