Rome, July 19 - Stevan Jovetic is set to leave Serie A after Fiorentina said they have reached a deal to sell the Montenegro forward to wealthy English side Manchester City. Italian media reported that City have agreed to pay 26 million euros for the 23-year-old, who is regarded as one of the most promising talents in world football, plus performance-related bonuses that could take the final figure up to 30 million. Jovetic, who joined Fiorentina from Partizan Belgrade in 2008 and scored 27 goals in Serie A in the last two season, was also on the radar of a number of other big clubs including Real Madrid, Juventus, Arsenal and Chelsea. City now have to reach a deal for personal terms with the player for the transfer to be sealed. Fiorentina, who will take part in the Europa League next season after finishing fourth in Serie A last term, have already reinforced their attack by signing Germany forward Mario Gomez from European champions Bayern Munich.
