Milan, July 12 - Markets were little changed across Europe on Friday as most indexes remained steady at levels close to a five-week high. Milan's FTSE MIB index bucked the trend, dropping 1.6% to 15,430 points. The yield spread between 10-year Italian bonds and the German benchmark equivalent, a barometer of Italy's borrowing costs in the eurozone crisis, closed at 292 points with 10-year yields at 4.5%. The Frankfurt Dax bourse gained 0.7% to 8,212 points, while the Paris Cac 40 Index fell 0.4% to 3,855 points. Madrid's Ibex Index dropped 2.3% to 7,884 points. London's Ftse-100 stock market was unchanged at 6,544 points.
