Police discover plot with over 130 marijuana plants

Caserta, July 5 - Police near the southern city of Naples are searching for the people responsible for a cultivation of some 130 two-meter-tall marijuana plants found on Friday. The plants were growing in a deep canal running down to the sea in the Mondragone countryside in the Campania region. Police said that the plants were most likely being grown by local criminal drug gangs.
