Rome, June 27 - Pope Francis on Thursday called for ''Christians of action and of truth,'' whose life is based on ''the foundation stone of Christ'' and not for ''Christians of words'' during a mass he was holding at the Domus Sanctae Marthae chapel. Celebrating the mass with the pontiff was Cardinal Raymundo Damasceno Assis, archbishop of Aparecida and president of the Brazilian Episcopal Conference. The Pope called for those in attendance to ''build their home'', referring to their lives, on the rock that is Christ, making a reference to comments made by St Peter when he refers to the rock in the desert that is Christ. Christ is the only rock that ''can give us safety,'' so much that ''we are invited to build our life on this rock that is Christ. Not on another one''.
