Italian govt launches anti-poverty charter for south

Rome, June 26 - Premier Enrico Letta said Wednesday that his government has launched a new anti-poverty charter for the less wealthy southern regions of Italy. "The government has approved the creation of a charter for social inclusion," said Letta after a cabinet meeting. "It will be an experiment for the whole south of Italy. It's an intervention against extreme poverty".
