Naples, June 12 - Italian police on Wednesday made a dawn raid to crack down on alleged drug-trafficking by one of the top clans in the Neapolitan Camorra mafia. About 100 suspects linked to the Di Lauro clan were arrested on suspicion of trafficking "huge" amounts of cocaine from Spain to the southern Italian city, police said. Close associates of fugitive clan boss Marco Di Lauro were among those arrested. The 19-year-old son of a jailed Di Lauro boss was arrested on a ship off Sicily, police said. Weapons possession, mafia conspiracy and attempted murder are among the possible charges the suspects may face.
