Warsaw, May 16 - Italian Premier Enrico Letta said on Thursday said he was convinced all European leaders saw the issue of unemployment as the ''biggest nightmare'' of our continent, adding that he was "sure" there was the political will to make immediate choices aimed at combatting the phenomenon. Almost one in four young Italians is out of work, national statistics agency Istat said last week. In Spain 56% are jobless and in Greece 59%. The new premier was speaking after talks in Warsaw with his Polish counterpart, Donald Tusk.
