(see previous) Rome, May 3 - Violence against women is not a problem exclusive to any one race, color or nationality, Italy's first black minister, Cecile Kyenge, said Friday at her first press conference since being sworn in last weekend. Integration Minister Kyenge said that "violence against women does not effect only Italians or immigrants. Violence has no color. What needs changing is the culture of how women are treated". Kyenge, a 48-year-old MP for the centre-left Democratic Party, was sworn in Premier Enrico Letta's cabinet on Sunday.
