Italy's big three unions to hold joint jobs demonstration

(see related stories on unemployment) Rome, April 30 - Italy three big trade-union confederations, CGIL, CISL and UIL, are set to hold a huge demonstration in Rome on June 22 to call on Premier Enrico Letta's government to take action to combat unemployment and end the country's long economic crisis. The move was announced by UIL Secretary General Luigi Angeletti as he arrived at a meeting of the three unions on Tuesday.
