No more 'Pig Sty' votes says Letta

Rome, April 29 - Premier Enrico Letta vowed Monday to scrap an electoral law nicknamed the 'Pig Sty' because it was messily designed to produce instability. February's inconclusive election will be the last ballot with the widely criticised law, he promised parliament in a speech ahead of a confidence vote.
