Soccer: Zanetti vows to return for 'at least' one more match

Milan, April 29 - Inter Milan captain Javier Zanetti on Monday pledged to return for at least one more match after suffering a career-threatening Achilles tendon injury in his side's 1-0 defeat at Palermo Sunday. The 39-year-old former Argentina full back has played more matches for Inter than any one else, having notched over 800 appearances since joining the club in 1995. He has helped Inter win five Serie A titles and four Italian Cups since then, in addition to the Champions League and Club World Cup in 2010. "After a career like the one I've had, I'd like to play at least one more match in front of my fans and I hope it's more than one," Zanetti told Inter's in-house TV channel.
