Rome, April 15 - The online office of l'Unita' was evacuated Monday after the Italian daily received a bomb threat by telephone. Employees at neighboring Rome public offices including the prefect's also vacated the building. The bomb squad was sweeping the area but had so far found no trace of explosives. It is the second bomb threat against an Italian newspaper in a week. On Tuesday a letter bomb was delivered to the La Stampa offices in Turin but failed to go off. The Informal Anarchist Federation (FAI) and the International Revolutionary Front (FRI) claimed responsibility.
