Industry Minister says Italy's public accounts balanced

Turin, April 12 - Italian industry minister Corrado Passera said Italy's public finances were "structurally balanced" on Friday, saying that as things stand now there would be no need for additional finance-raising or cost-cutting measures to be introduced by the government. Passera was responding to a question on whether an additional budget would be required to adjust Italy's public accounts.
