Soccer: Kaka' return to Milan possible says Galliani

Milan, January 18 - Brazilian midfielder Kaka' could be on his way back to AC Milan from Real Madrid, Milan CEO Adriano Galliani said Friday. "Kaka will arrive if the three pull it off, us (Milan), Real and the player," Galliani said. Galliani said Kaka's salary is the biggest hurdle. "We'll have to find imaginative solutions," he said. The 30-year-old former world player of the year, who has not lived up to his billing since leaving Milan for Real for close to 70 million euros in 2009, currently earns almost 17 million euros a year. The Brazilian had a golden six-year spell at Milan, helping them to Serie A and Champions League titles and becoming a global star. A move to bring him back in the summer fell through as Milan said it could not afford his wages, but Kaka' later hinted he would be prepared to take a pay cut. Milan is said to favour a loan but Real reportedly wants to offload the player, who has scored 20 goals in 73 appearances for the Spanish champions and has found the net 29 times in 85 Brazil games.
