(ANSA) Rome, January 4 - Italian actor Franco Nero on Friday said the latest Quentin Tarantino film Django Unchained and the original Sergio Corbucci cult movie of the 1960s that inspired it are both "political films". Nero appears in the Tarantino film with a cameo role. Tarantino was in Rome on Friday to unveil the film. During the presentation he declared his love for Italy's B-movie 'macaroni westerns', the off-beat lower-budget cousins of Sergio Leone's classic spaghetti westerns. Tarantino is "one of the few complete-total directors that exist, like (Woody) Allen, Oliver Stone and Paul Mazursky," Nero added. "It is a pleasure to work with him, but he wants perfection".
