Rome, January 3 - AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi on Thursday dampened speculation the Serie A giants could sign Mario Balotelli from Manchester City during the transfer window, saying he has doubts about the Italy forward's character. English champions City are reportedly running out of patience with the hugely talented 22-year-old, who has been dogged by indiscipline and has been at the centre of a series of bizarre off-field episodes since joining them in 2010. City boss Roberto Mancini and Balotelli reportedly came close to blows on Thursday when the striker made a dangerous tackle in training. "Balotelli does not convince me as a man," Berlusconi said on Italian radio. "I've said that many times".
