'Trying to blame dog for hate gesture' says first black minister
Rome, April 16 - Former integration minister Cecile Kyenge on Monday denied a neighbour's statement that a smear of dog poo next to her home was not a racist attack but simple retaliation for her not collecting her dog's business. "They're trying to blame the dog for a gesture of hate," said Democratic Party MEP Kyenge, Italy's first black minister.
