Rome, January 2 - Outgoing Italian Premier Mario Monti called for a constituent parliament and renewed commitment to public interest on the Radio1 RAI show "Radio Anch'io" on Wednesday. "A constituent legislature is needed. What must be done is not new. What has been missing is the spirit and the cohesive will to do it. I hope that the next legislature makes Italians understand that there is a common interest and that one must fight so that Italy is not a Cinderella and that conspiracies against Italy are not mentioned. We are serious, we are adults," Monti said.
