Entrepreneur sentenced to six years for Camorra collusion

Naples, December 21 - A Naples court sentenced an entrepreneur to six years in prison on Friday for collusion with the local Camorra mafia, corruption and bid rigging. Giovanni Malinconico was arrested last November following probes into fraudulent building contracts worth 14 million euros linked to the Casalesi clan. The Casalesi are the clan whose leaders' death threats forced writer Roberto Saviano into round-the-clock police protection.
