Cortina d'Ampezzo, December 17 - Police in the northern Dolomite resort town of Cortina tracked down a 25-year-old man on Monday suspected of employment fraud involving over 1,000 unemployed people seeking work. Investigators from the northern city of Turin leading the probes said that the man selling employment 'kits' online promised work that paid up to 200 euros weekly. Police said that the man, his girlfriend and a pedigree dog had been residing in the luxury ski resort using the cashflow from various active postal accounts liked to the scam offer. Several iPads, computers and bank accounts were confiscated by authorities.
