Rome, November 29 - Italian lingerie maker Yamamay has put sparkle into its new 2013 catalogue by launching it for Christmas in the form of a 13-month calendar. Shots by fashion photographer Giampaolo Sgura, famous for his works published in top magazines like Vogue Japan, Vogue Paris and Vanity Fair, display a range of different feminine looks with the Yamamay Christmas collection. Squra captures Ariadne Artiles' Mediterranean passion, Laura Sanchez's classic beauty and intrigue, Milou Sluis's perfect ethereal spirit and Irina Sharipova's exotic and oriental demeanour in both black-and-white and color photographs taken in the exclusive setting of Lido de Paris on Paris' Champs-Elysees, famous for its exotic venues and burlesque shows. The male models come from the world of sports - champion swimmer Massimiliano Rosolino and fencing great Diego Occhiuzzi. Chemises and underwear sets in traditional Christmas hues are adorned with lace, see-through cuts and sequined applications that create delightful plays on light. 'Miss December' opens the catalogue dressed in a santa-like suit, with a push-up bra and garter belts decorated with lace, feathers and striped festively in red and white. Any part of the collection can be given a more modest touch with an assortment of shoulder covers, robes and wraparounds. The collection offers lingerie in black lace and tulle transparencies with maximum cleavage, as well as lines inspired by the pin-up girls of the 1950s. For the man Yamamay created equally enticing, if not just a bit naughty, boxer briefs with "Ring My Bells" and "All I Want For Christmas Is Here" written on the snug-fitting leg. With its exclusive new license for Playboy, Yamamay presents ultra-seductive outfits for women and men in true 'bunny' style. The Christmas 2012 line is made to spice up the holidays, as well as the year to come.
