Milan, November 22 - AC Milan's joy at reaching the knockout stage of the Champions League with a game to spare thanks to Wednesday's 3-1 win at Anderlecht has been soured slightly by Alexandre Pato suggesting he may leave the club if he is not used more. The Brazilian striker has been dogged by a long series of leg-muscle injuries for the best part of three years and has not been able to win a regular starting slot since regaining fitness, in part because of the strong form of 20-year-old forward Stephan El Shaarawy. El Shaarawy scored his 12th goal of the season for Milan against Anderlecht and he also set up a late tap-in score for Pato, who came on as a second-half substitute. "El Shaarawy is doing well but now we'll see," said Pato, who suffered a knock in the match in Belgium. "I want to play. I'll talk to my agent. We'll see". French defender Philippe Mexes also contributed to the win with a remarkable overhead-kick goal from outside the box that has been compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic's already famous effort for Sweden in a 4-2 win over England last week.
