Rome, January 12 - A shareholders meeting of UniCredit bank on Thursday OK'd a capital hike of 13 billion euros. Present at the meeting were shareholders representing 52" of the bank's capital. Of these, 99.6% voted in favour of the recapitalisation. UniCredit, Italy's second-biggest bank after Intesa Sanpaolo, is among several Italian banks seeking to shore up their finances.
