Turin, November 28 - A device found on Monday morning in front of a Turin post office contained explosive material but wasn't properly assembled to create an actual bomb, investigators said. No one has claimed responsibility for the device, which resembled an insulated drink container, and police are investigating. They said the device's construction leads them to believe it may have been planted by an anarchist group. Those groups have frequently targeted the postal service, which owns Mistral Air, the airline operating flights that transport migrants to identification and expulsion centres (CIEs).
