Milan, November 28 - A former aide of ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi, Marcello Dell'Utri, on Monday got four years in jail for a 43-million-euro VAT fraud on the sale of TV advertising slots. Dell'Utri is currently serving seven years in jail for external Mafia association. His legal problems are not over. On December 22 he is set to got on trial in the 'P3' influence-peddling case. Dell'Utri is accused of violating a law on subversive plotting that stemmed from the major P2 scandal of the 80s, regarding windfarm business in Sardinia involving wheeler-dealer Flavio Carbone.
