Milan, November 7 - Markets opened up across Europe Wednesday after American President Barack Obama defeated his Republican rival Mitt Romney in elections. The Milan bourse was up 0.75% at 15,811 points, with banks Intesa Sanpaolo and Unicredit both gaining over a percentage point. The Paris Cac 40 index climbed 1.05% to 3,515.30 points. London's Ftse 100 rose 0.27% to 5,900.91 points. The Frankfurt stock market was up 0.66% to 7,426.73 points.
