(ANSA) - Rome, October 15 - A bill proposed by the Italian government would save 49.8 million euros by narrowing permits given to public employees who care for disabled relatives, a technical report on the measure said Monday. But the measure within the bill, which is called the 'Stability Law', could change, noted the report on the bill's design.
