Three camorra men arrested 'for honor killing'

(ANSA) – Caserta, October 4 – Three Naples-based Camorra mobsters were arrested on Thursday for murdering a man who almost hit a boss's son with his car, police said. Police in Caserta said the men were from the Bidognetti wing of the Casalesi gang and were charged with shooting and killing Antonio Petito 10 years ago in his car outside his home. Police said it was likely a punishment for offending the honour of the Bidognetti family. Shortly before he was killed, Petito almost ran over Gianluca Bidognetti, son of a notorious criminal boss known locally as "Cicciotto e Mezzanotte" (Chubby and Midnight).
