(ANSA) - Rome, September 4 - A bipartisan committee is set to propose a legislation for fines against litterbugs who throw cigarette butts and used chewing gum on the streets in Italy. The "Wild Butts" legislation targets smokers who toss out the filters and calls for fines of up to 500 euros for offenders.
